Responsibilities

• Work on multiple transactions and with multiple project teams simultaneously on all critical aspects of transactions, ranging from client development and initial opportunity evaluation to transaction strategy and execution; Develop and maintain standard or bespoke financial models; Use a range of valuation techniques to support client advice, including discounted cash flows, trading comparables analysis, transaction comparables analysis, and LBO-based valuations; Coordinate and support teams in the preparation of marketing and transaction documentation including client presentations, information memoranda, offering documents; Seek to identify new business opportunities for Rothschild & Co and new ideas for our clients that advance their strategic objectives; Coordinate and support the project team in coordinating all aspects of transactions, both internally and in coordination with other advisers; Research relevant industries to support the team’s transaction initiatives, optimising various sources of information

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher; this application is strictly open to candidates who have either recently graduated or are in their final year of study
