Description

The Service Repair Team plays a critical role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and optimal performance of elevators, escalators, and related equipment. This role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading lift systems while maintaining excellent customer service and adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and Repairs: Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on elevators, escalators, and other lift systems.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper use of tools, personal protective equipment (PPE), and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to explain repairs and offer solutions for improved lift performance.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other technicians, supervisors, and engineers to ensure quality and efficiency in all service and repair activities.

Qualifications

• Matric
• Addition lift installation qualification will be an advantage
