Mercedes Benz (Polokwane) is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team and help us sell high-quality used vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success in the automotive industry and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and guiding them through the sales process to ensure their complete satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• - Prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
• - Conduct thorough vehicle walkarounds and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our used vehicles
• - Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle that meets their needs and budget
• - Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly sales targets
• - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
• - Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure their satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships
• - Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide insights and recommendation to the sales team.

Qualifications

• Age: Between 18 and 29 years old
• Qualification: Grade 12/Matric
• SETA Eligibility: Must not have previously participated in any SETA-funded programme
• NSFAS: Must not currently be funded by NSFAS
• Availability: Must be able to commit to the full 12-month programme Location: Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the region of placement
