Description

The Sasol Foundation is offering all-inclusive undergraduate bursaries for the 2027 intake, aimed at academically talented learners from Sasol's local communities, children of Sasol employees, and children of Sasol Khanyisa shareholders. STEM bursaries prioritise Engineering, IT, Data Sciences, Agricultural/Environmental/Medical Sciences, and Construction & Manufacturing, while Non-STEM bursaries are reserved for qualifying fence-line community members and Sasol-affiliated applicants.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong academic performance throughout the bursary period
  • Undergo household income verification screening
  • Pursue full-time undergraduate studies as per bursary conditions

Qualifications

  • South African citizenship (by birth only)
  • Combined household income must not exceed R800,000 per annum
  • Must not be older than 25 years at time of application
  • First undergraduate degree only (no postgraduate bursaries)
  • Completed matric within the past year, or currently completing matric for 1st-year applicants
  • Returning students (2nd/3rd/4th year) must have an average of 60% across all modules
  • Non-STEM applicants must be Sasol employee children, Khanyisa/Inzalo shareholder children, or from Sasol fence-line communities
