Responsibilities

• Support the positioning of Microsoft solutions by researching customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
• Learn how Microsoft’s cloud platform and AI solutions enable digital transformation across industries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify customer opportunities and contribute to solution development.
• Develop and maintain sales pipeline insights and support forecasting activities.
• Engage with customers and partners to deepen relationships and understand business challenges.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing (final year with no more than 6 months remaining) or have completed a Bachelor's degree in the last 6 months in Business, Operations, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
