Description

The Metacom Foundation Bursary 2027 supports academically talented young women from disadvantaged backgrounds who are pursuing undergraduate studies in the technology and engineering fields. The bursary is available for studies in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, and other related ICT fields, at selected universities in the Western Cape. Funding may cover tuition, accommodation, transport and living expenses, along with mentorship, professional guidance and wellness support.

Responsibilities

• Completed Metacom Foundation application form
• Certified ID copy
• Certified Matric results
• Latest university transcript, if applicable
• Parent/guardian proof of household income
• Latest payslips, where applicable
• Affidavit if unemployed
• Proof of pension/social grant, if applicable
• Reference letter — optional
