As a Commercial Graduate, you’ll be exposed to multiple areas of our business – from buying and planning, to product development, merchandising, pricing, and supplier engagement. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals and cross-functional teams to help deliver value to our customers, drive strategic initiatives, and contribute to the success of one of South Africa’s most trusted retail brands.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze sales performance across categories and stores
• Help identify growth opportunities or underperforming areas
• Assist with pricing, margin, and stock decisions
• Support the selection of product ranges for upcoming seasons
• Work closely with Buyers and Merchandisers to ensure the right mix of products
• Use customer insights and sales data to inform decisions

Qualifications

• Degrees in (but not limited to) Supply Chain Management/Logistics, Economics, Operations Management or related fields
• Recent graduates under the age of 35 years
