The Chamdor Brewery is seeking a Packaging Process Operator to operate and maintain the packaging process. The role involves machine operation, brand pack changes, maintenance, and monitoring process performance. Key competencies include active teamwork, problem-solving, and continuous improvement. Minimum requirements include a matric background, shift ability, and 3 years of experience in a packaging process environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out brand pack changes
• Perform autonomous maintenance
• Regularly checks to ensure correct set up and operation
• Monitor process performance
• Supports development, training and coach operational teams to ensure optimal operation

• Matric
• 3 years’ experience in working in a packaging process environment
