We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Administrator - Service Advisor. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide administrative support to the service department and assist customers with scheduling appointments, coordinating service requests, and providing an exceptional customer service experience. To provide prompt and quality services to customers relating to the service and repairs of vehicles, acting as an interface between the technician and the customer to ensure cost effective repair and service to both parties.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and emails from customers and provide prompt and efficient service
  • Schedule service appointments and ensure accurate record-keeping of customer information
  • Coordinate service requests with technicians and ensure timely completion of work
  • Provide customers with updates on the status of their service requests
  • Assist with billing and invoicing processes

Qualifications

  • Matric Certificate or NQF 4
  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
