Cartrack, a global smart mobility tech company with over 1.75 million subscribers across 23 countries, is seeking motivated Telesales Agents to join its on-site Call Centre team. The role involves contacting potential and existing customers to present products and services, identify customer needs, provide support, and conduct follow-ups. The position is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, sales experience, and the ability to build and nurture customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential and existing customers via phone, email, and online platforms
• Present company products and services clearly and persuasively
• Identify customer needs and provide relevant solutions
• Conduct follow-up activities to maintain and grow customer relationships
• Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company
• Manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records in databases
• Work collaboratively with team members to drive business results

Qualifications

• 2 years Outbound Sales experience, gained in a Call Centre environment
• Must be able to sell to key decision makers (B2C sells to consumer market)
• Completed Grade 12
• Fluent in English
• Strong and professional telephonic communication skills
