Europcar is seeking a Customer Service Agent to support branch targets by delivering efficient, professional, and high-quality customer service. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced service environment and is passionate about creating excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer vehicle check-out and check-in rental transactions
  • Make, amend, cancel, and monitor reservations
  • Assist customers with queries and provide outstanding service
  • Perform administrative duties (fuel capturing, VRVs, billing, fleet movement, claims

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ customer service/front office experience
  • Matric (NQF Level 4)
  • Code 8 driver’s licence with at least 2 years’ driving experience
  • Computer literate
