Woodlands Dairy (Pty) (Ltd) is offering a 12-month Learnership Programme in Liquid Dairy Reception aimed at unemployed South African youth. The programme combines theoretical training with practical workplace experience and is designed to equip learners with essential skills in milk reception and dairy processing within the UHT division.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the reception of raw milk in accordance with company procedures
• Learn and apply knowledge on the nature and quality of milk
• Follow and maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Perform housekeeping duties to ensure a clean and safe working environment
• Assist with CIP (Clean-in-Place) and COP (Clean-out-of-Place) processes

Qualifications

• National Senior Certificate or diploma
