Description

The Accelerated Learner (IT Application Support) role provides an opportunity for students or graduates to gain hands-on experience within the Service Management Team at Senwes Group. The learner will assist in providing application and software support while developing technical and professional skills in an IT support environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line application and software support to users
• Log, track, and resolve IT incidents and service requests
• Assist the Lead Application Support Agent with daily support tasks
• Troubleshoot basic system and application issues
• Escalate complex issues to senior support teams when necessary

Qualifications

• National Senior Certificate (Matric) or relevant IT Diploma
