Belgotex is offering a graduate internship opportunity for an IT Help Desk Graduate to provide first-line technical support to users across the business. The role involves assisting with hardware, software, and connectivity issues, user account management, and incident logging while delivering professional customer-focused support. This position is ideal for an IT graduate with strong problem-solving skills, good communication abilities, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to users via phone, email, and ticketing systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and standard applications
• Assist with user account setup, password resets, and access management
• Log, track, and update IT incidents and service requests accurately
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT support when required

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric with mathematics/literacy
• A relevant diploma / Bachelor’s degree in IT
