Responsibilities

• Support IT users by solving end-user incident tickets
• Educate staff on efficient use of IT equipment
• Maintain IT environment stability and manage IT assets
• Assist IT Operations Specialists in network, datacenter, and information security
• Complete asset tracking and propose improvements for monitoring movement
• Comply with Henkel’s internal guidelines, rules, and regulations
• Contribute to team processes and operations as directed by supervisors

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Engineering or related IT discipline
• Minimum one year of experience in IT with a focus on user support
• Entrepreneurial and digitalization-friendly mindset
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with technical affinity
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (M365) and Microsoft Teams
