Description

The Westfalia Fruit Graduate Internship Programme offers recent graduates a structured, hands-on development opportunity across the company’s agribusiness operations, including fruit production, sourcing, processing, and marketing. Participants gain rotational exposure, apply academic knowledge in real-world business activities, support operational and administrative tasks, assist with data collection and reporting, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and develop professional skills through mentoring, training, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in a structured graduate development programme with rotational exposure across departments
  • Apply academic knowledge to support daily operational, technical, or administrative tasks and assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and prepare progress reports or project updates
  • Attend training, mentoring, and development interventions to build professional skills and gain real-world industry experience

Qualifications

  • Completed BSc, BEng, BCom, BTech, or related degree/diploma in relevant fields such as Engineering, Agriculture, Supply Chain, Finance, or Biotechnology
  • South African citizen and not older than 35 years
  • Must have successfully completed the relevant qualification
  • Demonstrates motivation, ambition, and willingness to learn within a structured graduate programme
