This programme spans across takealot.com and Takealot Fulfillment Solutions, giving interns exposure to diverse business operations in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. Designed for ambitious, detail-oriented, and creative individuals, the internship provides hands-on experience in project administration, stakeholder coordination, and cross-functional collaboration. Interns will gain valuable technical and soft skills while working alongside industry leaders, contributing to impactful projects, and developing a strong foundation for a career in project management and administration.

Responsibilities

• Support data collection, analysis, and presentation related to projects or research initiatives
• Assist with stakeholder coordination including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
• Support monitoring and reporting on project progress, risks, and outcomes
• Assist with tracking budgets, invoices, and project-related expenses where required
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Brand, HR, Operations, and Corporate Affairs
• Support ad hoc tasks and special projects as part of the Internship Programme rotations

Qualifications

• N6 Electrical Engineering
• N6 Construction Engineering
• N6 Project Administration
• N6 Project Management
• Computer literacy
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Time management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Projects
• Data interpretation and presentation skills
• General understanding of project management software and reporting
