The Department of Customer Success at SYSPRO is offering a 12‑month, full‑time, onsite Graduate Internship Programme in Sunninghill, Johannesburg, starting 1 March 2026. This programme is designed to provide recent graduates with high‑impact workplace exposure, deep technical knowledge, and professional skills to thrive in the ERP solutions industry. Interns will gain hands‑on experience in SYSPRO ERP, applying their learning to real operational challenges while developing business acumen and consulting confidence

Responsibilities

• Build foundational expertise in SYSPRO ERP
• Apply learning to real operational and technical challenges
• Collaborate with multi‑disciplinary teams across the SYSPRO ecosystem
• Develop practical soft skills, business acumen, and consulting confidence
• Participate in either Software Development or Technical and Functional Consulting career tracks
• In Software Development, work with modern software development tools and cloud technologies
• In Technical and Functional Consulting, support, configure, and enhance the SYSPRO ERP environment while gaining a deep understanding of business operations

Qualifications

• BSc Information Technology
• BSc Computer Science
• BCom Information Systems
• BSc Software Engineering
• Bachelor of Information Technology (BIT)
