As the Junior Web Developer, you will be responsible for a broad range of IT support tasks. This includes contributing to the development of our software products and handling the day-to-day operations of our systems and end-user support. During the implementation of new cloud-based software, you will work closely with developers and teams across the company to implement, test, and deploy software solutions that streamline our processes and transform our way of working.
In the long term, you will play a key role in providing technical support within our company to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems. You will be responsible for onboarding and offboarding new staff members, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and providing assistance and guidance to end users. Additionally, you will ensure that the new system is maintained and optimized post-implementation to guarantee its reliability and efficiency.
You will also be tasked with maintaining and updating the company website to ensure our online presence remains fresh and relevant, as well as managing web hosting.
