A 1-year limited contract graduate role within the Early Careers programme, focused on supporting user account administration and basic IT support. The graduate will be responsible for creating and managing system access, troubleshooting login issues, and ensuring all processes adhere to security standards and naming conventions in a global aviation technology environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage user accounts according to defined standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve login and account access issues
• Handle errors like duplicate usernames and permission problems
• Ensure accuracy when capturing user details and maintaining documentation
• Support compliance with security and access control requirements

Qualifications

• Education: A Matric certificate is required
• Technical Skills:
• Basic PC literacy (email, systems navigation, data entry)
• Knowledge of Active Directory is an advantage
• Core Competencies:
• Strong attention to detail
• Good organisational skills and ability to follow structured processes
• Basic problem-solving skills related to user access
• Communication, customer focus, teamwork, and results orientation
