Description

A three-year fixed-term training contract (learnership) designed to prepare candidates for qualification as a Chartered Accountant (SA). The programme provides exposure to diverse teams and a stimulating business environment within the professional services firm. The contract begins after the candidate has completed their Honours degree or Certificate in the Theory of Accounting (CTA).

Responsibilities

• Gaining practical experience across assurance, advisory, and/or tax services as per the SAICA training requirements
• Applying technical knowledge and professional capabilities to deliver quality work
• Developing leadership, business, and relationship skills outlined in the PwC Professional framework
• Contributing as part of a team to solve important problems for clients

Qualifications

• Education:
• Grade 12 with matric exemption and university acceptance
• Must have taken Mathematics (not Maths Literacy) and English as subjects
• University Students: Must be on the CA(SA) academic stream
• Must have an average of 60% for all university subjects
