To assist with administrative support within the Legal unit.
Responsibilities
Conduct desktop review, vetting and drafting of SLAs
Assist the legal unit with preparatory work and background research on labour law matters, under guidance from ASD
Support the legal team by researching legislation, policies, and background information relating to matters involving the QCTO
Support the legal team by researching administrative law principles and summarising relevant information for the core business
Assist with checking invoices from external legal service providers for purposes of preparing legal reports
Assist with the drafting of routine letters and affidavits under close supervision
Qualifications
A recognized National Diploma at NQF Level 6 in LLB
Required Competencies:
Drafting Skills
Good Communication (both Verbal and Written)
Innovative thinking
Other requirements:
Unemployed South African citizens between 18 and 35 years
South Africans who are in possession of a minimum of a National Diploma at NQF level 6
No working experience required
