To provide administrative support to the certification unit.
Responsibilities
Managers compliance tracked against planning and Reporting requirements, scheduling of meetings, accommodation arrangements for certification unit staff
Receives and documents all incoming documents, and/or distributes to relevant parties, maintain electronic filing Administration files and records
Track and follow up on documents sent to managers requiring action or approval, type correspondence, reports, minutes, presentations, spreadsheets and related material
Participate and encourage staff to participate in responding to fraud surveys, comply with HR and Finance & SCM requirements, Policies, processes, procedures, and set timelines
Qualifications
A recognized National Diploma at NQF Level 6 in the Office Administration/ Office Management/Business Administration/Business Management/Administration Management/Secretarial/Records information Management or Document Management

Unemployed South African citizens between 18 and 35 years
South Africans who are in possession of a minimum of a National Diploma at NQF level 6
