Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training and development initiatives as part of the Youth Development Programme
• Gain practical workplace experience through rotational assignments and hands-on learning
• Assist with departmental projects, research, and administrative tasks as required
• Apply academic knowledge in a practical work environment
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to team objectives
• Comply with organisational policies, procedures, and professional standards
• Submit progress reports and complete assessments as required during the programme Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications

• Diploma | Advanced Certificate

• South African citizen. Aged between 18–35 years. Have completed a relevant qualification. Minimum 80% academic average for the completed qualification.
