As a Test Analyst, you will be responsible for testing and quality assurance of all channel-related solutions before they are rolled out in the live environment. This includes manual testing activities, analysis of business requirements, design and execution of test cases, and defect management. The incumbent will work closely with UX/UI teams to enhance user experience. The role reports to the Manager: Channel Experience and maintains liaison with various Group Finco Technology & Product teams. The "must-haves" for the position include ISTQB Foundation Certification in Software Testing, IT qualification, minimum 2 years of experience in UX/UI testing within the financial sector, understanding of UX/UI design, experience in QA testing of mobile apps and platforms, and experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process. Functional knowledge includes understanding FinTech, banking, microfinance, and payment businesses, QA and testing documentation, testing tools, UX/UI interfaces, US/UI QA & Testing, UATs, and product usability testing tools.
