The ideal candidate should have at least four years of experience in backend technologies, programming in Typescript/Node.js, experience with database technologies like PostgreSQL/MySQL, and experience with cloud technologies, particularly AWS. The candidate should have strong communication skills, be able to work collaboratively in a remote environment, and have a valid work authorization to work in South Africa.
