Responsibilities

  • Storytelling for Social Impact: Draft "human-interest" stories, blog posts, and LinkedIn articles that showcase the real-world impact of the Takealot Township Economy Initiative and the SME enablement ecosystem
  • Advocacy Material: Assist in preparing briefing notes, presentations, and "Leave-Behind" documents for meetings with government stakeholders
  • Event Coordination: Provide logistical support for public affairs events, such as site visits to Distribution Centres for government officials or community workshops
  • Brand Alignment: Work closely with the Marketing and PR teams to ensure Public Affairs messaging is consistent with the broader Takealot Group brand voice

Qualifications

  • Degree in Communications/PR
