The Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting technology initiatives for SME clients, enhancing business improvement and digital client engagement. They must have strong analytical skills and technical expertise to analyze requirements, propose solutions, and ensure technical alignment with project goals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Experience in Systems Design and Analysis within SQL, Jira, and Confluence is required. Knowledge of Systems Analysis Methodologies, ITIL Principles, banking systems, business models, card processing, and quality assurance best practices is required. Qualifications include a relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, a Grade 12 National Certificate, or a National Diploma in Information Technology.
