The Junior Instructional Designer will support the design, development, and maintenance of structured learning content for the Ctrack Connect Training Academy. The role focuses on building foundational instructional design capability while contributing to real academy outputs aligned to business and compliance needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analysing training needs for internal staff, technicians, sales teams, and learners
• Support mapping of learning requirements to business, product, and compliance needs
• Assist in structuring course outlines, learning objectives, and lesson plans
• Apply basic instructional design and adult learning principles
• Develop learning materials (slides, learner guides, workbooks, eLearning content)
• Convert SME-provided content into simple, accessible learning material

Qualifications

• Highest Qualification to be Grade 12
• Unemployed youth who have not previously participated in the Yes4Youth initiative
• Aged between 18 and 29
• Must be a South African citizen
• Must reside close to the workplace area
