Description

The Human Resources Consultant is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management within designated business units. The role serves as a strategic partner to operations by driving people initiatives, improving employee engagement, and ensuring effective management of employee relations to support overall organisational performance.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with operational leadership to align HR strategies with business goals
  • Provide insight and recommendations on workforce planning, structure, and productivity
  • Support the delivery of a high-performance culture
  • Manage and advise on disciplinary processes, grievances, and investigations
  • Ensure fair, consistent, and legally compliant handling of all employee relations matters
  • Represent the organisation in internal hearings and external forums where required

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field Experience Minimum 3 – 5years’ experience in an HR generalist role
  • Experience in a contact centre -sales environment is advantageous
