Description

We are looking for a skilled Recruitment Supervisor to take ownership of the recruitment process and ensure that we consistently appoint the right people for the business. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from defining role requirements to onboarding and evaluating new employees.

Responsibilities

• Define and document position and performance profiles for all vacancies
• Source and engage high-quality candidates through multiple recruitment channels
• Coordinate structured interviews, assessments, and evaluation matrices
• Support hiring managers in making evidence-based recruitment decisions
• Ensure smooth onboarding and monitor probation outcomes
• Continuously improve recruitment processes, evaluation tools, and methods
• Maintain professional communication with candidates and recruitment partners

Qualifications

• Matric required; tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or related field preferred
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in recruitment or HR supervision
