We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Trainee Finance to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Internal Control:
• Comply with Internal Controls
• Audits and Year-End Processes:
• Assist with preparing ledger balances and an initial trial balance including all reconciliations, Balance Sheet Accounts and supporting documentation
• Cashbook:
• Assist with checking all prepared cheque requisitions for payment Assist with processing all the issued cheques on the system (creating a journal)
• Assist with updating and maintain cash book, including bank reconciliations outstanding items
• Assist with processing all import stock payments for payment of Goods In Transit (where advance payment is required)

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting/Financial
• Management, or equivalent
• Strong academic performance
• Superior English reading, writing, speaking and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication and attention to detail required
• MS Office full proficiency - Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
