Responsibilities

  • Learn to evaluate supplier performance, support supplier risk assessments, and assist with resolving basic supplier issues
  • Participate in reviewing and consolidating internal demand from Product Lines and operational centers
  • Support the implementation, tracking, and utilization of supplier contracts
  • Gain exposure to negotiation processes and sourcing activities aligned with company interests
  • Assist with supplier onboarding activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste in time, cost, and resources
  • Ensure all tasks comply with SLB policies, safety standards, and local procedures

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Fresh graduates or students seeking practical industry exposure are encouraged to apply
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and apply new concepts to real operational challenges
  • Ability to perform effectively in fast‑paced or high‑pressure environments, showing strong adaptability and learning agility
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and functions
  • Proficiency in English, with solid written, verbal, and reading abilities
