Responsibilities

• Deliver Trusted Service:
• Process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure all transactions are legally compliant by verifying documentation.
• Identify and flag any potential fraud risks.
• Create Great Customer Experiences:
• Assist customers professionally and in a friendly.
• Provide clear, accurate information about Mukuru services.
• Uphold the Mukuru brand through every interaction.
• Own Your Accuracy and Accountability:
• Manage and balance daily stock and transactions.
• Maintain strong attention to detail for error-free processing.
• Stay up to date with systems, policies, and regulations.
• Keep Learning and Growing:
• Continuously build knowledge of foreign exchange, systems, and compliance.
• Participate in training and development.

Qualifications

• Education: Grade 12 (or equivalent).
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in customer service.
• Knowledge: Knowledge of foreign currencies, FICA, and exchange control regulations.
• Skills & Attributes:
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Customer-first mindset with a passion for helping people.
• High integrity and strong sense of responsibility.
