A retail sales role focused on providing the highest level of adidas service to customers, assisting with store maintenance, handling sales transactions, supporting product flow, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest level of adidas service is given to each customer.
• Complete regular sales transactions involving cash, credit, checks, etc.
• Assist with ticketing of products and checking paperwork against items received.
• Assist in product flow from the stockroom to the sales floor on a fill-in basis.
• Ensure that company assets and stock are always secured to alleviate shrinkage.
• Assist in developing merchandise displays or following management schedules/suggestions.
• Attain proficiency with the point-of-sale (POS) system; maintain integrity through policy and procedure adherence.
• Use selling techniques (add-on sales, technical information) to enhance salesmanship and reach store sales goals.
• Greet customers and assist them in finding the right product; serve as a Greeter at the front door during busy days.
• Maintain general housekeeping standards.
• Safekeeping of Company assets.

Qualifications

• Education: Matric certificate.
• Experience: 2 - 4 years of retail experience.
• Skills & Abilities:
• Excellent customer service.
