This is a 12-month Youth Employment Service (YES) learnership designed to give you hands-on experience in customer service and call centre operations. You’ll work in a supportive environment while building communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend full training in customer service, communication, and call centre operations
• Handle incoming calls from clients and members
• Assist customers with queries about services, accounts, or benefits
• Help resolve customer issues and complaints
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Complete required Youth Employment Service (YES) programme modules
• Participate in activities that help improve service delivery and communication skills

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• No work experience required
