The role involves developing scalable web applications, a high-scale platform, and contributing to coding standards. The ideal candidate should have 5 years of experience as a backend developer, experience building web servers using Python or Go, proven experience with AWS Cloud, knowledge in K8S and observability stack, and excellent communication skills.
