Description

The Vodacom IT Learnership is a 12-month skills development programme aimed at empowering unemployed South African youth with practical and theoretical knowledge in Information and Communication Technology (ICT). The programme focuses on building foundational competencies in IT support, networking, and digital systems.

Responsibilities

• Want to break into IT / tech without experience
• Only have Matric
• Need practical skills + exposure
• Are serious about a tech career path
• Required docs:
• CV
• Certified ID
• Matric certificate
• Proof of residence

Qualifications

• Be a South African citizen
• Be 18–34 years old
• Be unemployed
• Have Matric (Grade 12)
• Have subjects like:
• English
• Maths or Maths Literacy
• Business Studies
• Physical Science
• Live near a Vodacom ICT Centre
• Not be funded by another programme
• Not have done similar ICT training before
