Purpose of the Internship: The Road Accident Fund is committed to youth skills development, providing graduates with an opportunity to gain work-based experience. Applications are invited for the Combined Assurance & Internal Control Internship from unemployed graduates between the ages of 18 and 25. The Internship program will run for a period of eighteen (18) months. A verification process will be undertaken to verify whether you have previous work anywhere within the Republic of South Africa.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of internal control reviews and control self-assessment.
• Assist in developing control improvement plans, key controls, and indicators to proactively identify potential control failures.
• Track and monitor progress against the implementation rate and effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Assist in reviewing and monitoring all the assurance work completed at the designated areas of responsibility/processing centres/regions.

Qualifications

• Certified copy of Grade 12 / Matric certificate
• Bachelor’s degree/ Advanced Diploma in Internal Auditing/Risk Management/ Governance/ Compliance/ Auditing.
• Certified copy of your ID
• Certified copy of Academic transcript
• Your CV and motivational letter
