Ackermans is offering a 12-month learnership programme for individuals eager to gain practical retail experience in a fast-paced environment while earning a monthly stipend. The programme combines theoretical training with on-the-job workplace exposure.

Responsibilities

• Participate in classroom and workplace training
• Gain practical retail and supervisory experience
• Work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Develop workplace and customer service skills
• Complete all programme requirements during the 12-month period

Qualifications

• Must be between 18 and 33 years old
• Must have completed Grade 12
• 2 to 3 years retail experience required
• Supervisory experience required
• Must reside in or near Wembley Park, Highbury, Camelot, Hagley, Riverside, Kalkfontein, Gersham, Wesbank, or Mfuleni
• If previously completed a SETA-funded learnership, a SETA-issued certificate is required
