Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Technician with strong ICT knowledge to support diagnostics, repair, and technical evaluation across a range of products including laptops, desktop PCs, robotic vacuum cleaners, and electric scooters. This role requires a hands-on problem solver who combines solid electronics fundamentals with practical IT experience, as well as basic mechanical aptitude, and who can engage professionally with both customers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair:
• Laptops and desktop PCs (hardware & OS level)
• Consumer electronics (e.g. Robotic vacuums)
• Electric scooters (electrical systems and basic mechanical components)
• Perform component-level fault finding where required
• Conduct firmware/software troubleshooting across systems
• Assess product failures and determine root cause

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in electronics repair and/or ICT technical support
• Strong working knowledge of:
• Laptop and desktop hardware
• Operating systems (Windows & Linux)
