Description

We offer a 12-month programme that provides work experience in specific areas with critical skills within the organisation. You will gain valuable work experience, explore career paths and be able to network with professionals in the field of study. During this time, you will be based in one of our Massmart Distribution Centres (Riversands, Gosforth, Waterfall, Northfields & Brackengate) and be exposed to the world of retail.

Qualifications

• South African Citizen
• Completed Matric / Grade 12
• Should not have been employed permanently employed continuously for more than 1 year
• Should not be studying full-time in the year of employment (August ‘25 – July ‘26)
• Should not currently be on or registered on a SETA funded Program
• Available and willing to work retail hours and on a fixed-term 12-month learnership contract
