Responsibilities

  • Participate fully in all training sessions, assessments, and workplace learning activities
  • Provide professional, efficient, and courteous customer service
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and supervisors
  • Use computer systems and digital tools to support service delivery
  • Accurately capture and maintain customer or service-related information
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and solutions-focused manner
  • Adhere to organisational policies, procedures, and service standards

Qualifications

  • Completed Matric (Grade 12)
  • Currently Unemployed
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Interest in customer service and technology-enabled work environments
  • Ability to commit to the full duration of the learnership
