At the iStore, we’re looking for dynamic, customer-focused Technical Support Interns to join our in-store tech teams across our retail stores. This internship is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, communicates confidently, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll work closely with experienced technical teams, support customers with their Apple devices and technology queries, and gain exposure across multiple areas of the business before being placed into a store environment. During the first 6 weeks, interns will rotate through various departments and business areas to gain broader exposure to our operations, systems, customer experience, and technical support environment. Successful candidates must be open to learning, adaptable, and willing to travel between stores if operational support is required. This is a 12-month contract internship opportunity. It is a paid internship.
