The role requires strong leadership qualities, a Computer Science degree or Diploma, 2-3 years of.NET experience, and strong knowledge of Scrum methodology, relational databases, API design, and distributed backend systems. Experience in web technologies using SOA patterns, OOP design, PHP, and source code repositories is also required.
