The HEINEKEN Global Graduate Programme (GGP) is a structured three-year graduate programme designed to develop future leaders within the Commerce team. The programme includes three six-month rotations, with opportunities to gain cross-functional experience in South Africa and an international assignment. Graduates will receive mentorship, leadership exposure, learning opportunities, and hands-on project experience before transitioning into a management role.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotational assignments across the Commerce team
• Gain experience in business operations, company strategy, and culture
• Complete cross-functional assignments to broaden business understanding
• Participate in international placement opportunities
• Lead business projects and contribute to strategic execution
• Develop stakeholder and change management skills
• Engage in mentorship and leadership development programmes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Commerce, Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or related field
• Maximum of 1-year post-graduation experience (new graduates preferred)
• English language proficiency required
• Legal right to work in South Africa
• Willingness to travel and global mobility for international assignment
