Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist with logistics of NMISA PT schemes, PRGMs and RM sales. Quoting, packaging, couriering with all the necessary paperwork (Safety Data Sheets (SDSs), legal permits and commercial invoice, including invoicing. Assist with managing and monitoring inventory of all NMISA reference materials (monthly) and related SDS and Certificates of Analysis, uploading to inventory management system.
  • Assist with the design and development of Power BI dashboards and data analysis solutions. Assist with maintaining and supporting NMISA’s IT environment, including network access, Microsoft Active Directory,
  • Assist with routine laboratory testing and analysis under supervision. Assist with preparing samples, reagents, standards and laboratory solutions in accordance with approved procedures. Assist with operating and maintaining laboratory equipment and instruments as instructed.
  • Assist the Legal Office with administrative support and perform legal services tasks as required by the organisation. Assist in handling correspondence relating to the Entity’s legal matters. Assist with coordination with other entities on matters of mutual interest.
