They should also have analytical thinking, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, ethical behavior, results and solution focus, teamwork, knowledge of the testing process, ability to analyze and extract requirements, create test cases, good self-management, and be deadline-driven. Key performance areas include designing, developing, and executing tests in a custom development environment, structuring tasks based on technical requirements, analyzing the internal structure of the system, evaluating the system in terms of non-functional attributes, preparing and executing appropriate activities, and conducting technical testing activities. The candidate should have completed Matric, relevant Information Technology qualifications, and ISTQB Foundation certification.
