We are looking for an experienced Fintech Business Analyst to analyze, improve, and optimize our transport and logistics processes. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and lead projects that enhance our Transport Management Systems (TMS) and Fleet Management Systems (FMS). This role demands strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a deep understanding of the logistics industry.The role involves analyzing and improving logistics and transport workflows, collecting and interpreting data related to transportation routes, delivery times, and fuel consumption, implementing cost management strategies, evaluating and recommending technology solutions, leading and managing projects, effectively communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Key qualifications include a degree in Information Systems, 5-7 years of experience in a Business Analysis environment, knowledge of Business Analysis methodology, IIBA Standards, project management principles, Agile methodology, and experience with compliance regulations. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in office productivity tools are also essential.
