The Junior Leads tester is a crucial individual responsible for supporting leads generation for Discovery Connect. They must be flexible, adaptable, and build relationships internally and externally to test various leads sources. The tester will support existing lead sources and new opportunities by optimizing processes across all Discovery products. Key outputs include collaborating with Discovery Marketing, particularly the digital team, resolving queries and escalations, communicating status and outcomes through reports, testing leads, identifying risks and problems, testing technical solutions against business requirements, and being a good executor of tasks within a well-defined test plan. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Discovery Marketing and Connect management teams to ensure smooth lead generation initiatives.
